As long as there are new certifications, older ones will be withdrawn. IBM recently informed candidates about the retirement of IBM Certified Solution Designer – IBM Content Collector (ICC). It will cease to exist on May 31, 2016. IBM suggests that you take notice of the most recent certifications.
IBM Certified Solution Designer – Content Collector V4.0 (IBM Domino).

We remind you that the exam to retire certifies that the candidate has the knowledge and skills necessary for designing an IBM Content Collector-based archiving solution.
These skills and knowledge are required before you can prepare for the IBM certification.

Understanding of ICC capabilities and features, and the ability to implement
Working knowledge of Exhange and Lotus Domino, as well as smtp email systems
Working knowledge of database client installations (MS SQL, Oracle and DB2)
